Our homes

A varied portfolio

We have just over 2,000 properties within Hertfordshire and Central Bedfordshire, including homes for affordable rent and shared ownership, as well as sheltered, supported and extra care housing.

There is a wide range of property types, from traditional garden city family homes, to low rise blocks of flats and brand new purpose built homes.  Around a tenth of our homes are either in a conservation area, or are listed buildings.

Sheltered, supported and extra care housing

We are particularly proud of our sheltered, supported and extra care housing for people who are 55 years or older, or who live with a disability, including those with learning disabilities, or people who may feel socially isolated.

All our sheltered housing and extra care housing schemes have a Scheme Manager whose primary role is to ensure that all the residents receive the help and support they may need to live happy and independent lives.
