A strong and ambitious plan for the future
We have published our first five-year Corporate Strategy which will embed the work since amalgamation into an
ambitious programme that identifies the achievements we expect by 2027.
We embark on this plan from a position of strength. FGCH has dealt successfully with the COVID crisis and adapted our ways of working to ensure we remain true to our principles. During that time we have been subject to an In-Depth Assessment (IDA) that gave us the highest possible rating. We have a skilled, experienced and able Board that is supported by a strong Leadership Team and staff group. We are financially strong and have funding in place to support the initial commitments in the plan.
We will continue to strive to be more than just a bricks and mortar landlord and will also build on our existing, and very positive, community involvement and partnerships. We want to offer our residents a personal and responsive service which will make us the landlord of choice in Herts and Beds.
