A Chartered Accountant and experienced CFO of commercial and non-for-profit organisations, Terry has previously held Finance Director roles for three housing associations, together with several non-executive director roles.  As well as being an independent member of the Finance and Development Committee of First Garden Cities Homes, Terry is currently also a non-executive director of Norwich City Services Limited (which provides property maintenance services for the social housing of Norwich City Council).
