Quality Control Surveyor (Clerk of Works)
First Garden Cities Homes is seeking an experienced Quality Control Surveyor (Clerk of Works) to play a key role in ensuring that our new build and major works programmes are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Reporting to, and working closely with, the Head of Development & Sales, you will support the successful delivery of development projects by providing independent, professional oversight of quality on site.
Allocations and Admin Support Officer
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Allocations and Admin Support Officer to join our team. This role involves providing a professional and responsive service for allocations and management of empty homes.
The successful candidate will deliver a high-quality tenancy management service, including commencement and ending of tenancies, mutual exchanges and tenancy changes, and provide admin support to the team. The position offers an opportunity to develop your career within a professional environment.
