Paying your rent
The rent you pay is our main source of income to maintain our properties and build new homes.
Rent is charged either monthly or weekly depending where you live, and should be paid in advance on the 1st day of the month or week.

Direct Debit

Pay with Allpayments
You can make quick and convenient payments on the go using allpay’s payment platform, allpayments, available as both a mobile app and web portal.

Allpayments web portal
Set up an allpayments account and pay online by visiting the allpayments web portal .
To make a payment using allpayments (in the app or online) you will need the 19-digit payment reference number from your allpay payment card and your debit or credit card.
If your device supports it, you can also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay (app only).
