The new portal is now available for registration at https://fgch.myhome-portal.com/auth/login?r=dashboard

Please note the following information to help you register.

• Your previous login details will not work
• The details required to register a new account are as follows: Account reference (This was emailed to you when your tenancy started and may be referred to as a tenancy reference, please use your full account reference), surname, date of birth, postcode and the email address linked to your person record on our system. 
• If multiple household members would like to register for their own online account, each person will need a unique email address to log in with.
• Please contact our office to update any details that may not be up to date such as email addresses or phone numbers, or if you have any issues registering with your online account.
