Contracts Exchanged for New Affordable Homes in Graveley
FGCH are pleased to confirm that contracts have been exchanged to deliver nine 100% affordable homes in Graveley, Hertfordshire. Funded with support from Homes England, this rural exception site development will provide six Social Rent and three Shared Ownership homes, ensuring local people have access to genuinely affordable housing. Construction on site has now started, with completion of the new homes expected by November 2026.
