Gary Grindal Court - North Herts Council Visit
FGCH staff and representatives from North Herts Council and Hill Partnerships toured the FGCH flagship development today at Gary Grindal Court, Letchworth Garden City. Alongside Homes England, North Herts Council helped with capital funding for the delivery of 57 affordable homes on the site. Handovers are forecast to commence next month with new residents moving into their lovely new homes before Christmas.
