More New Affordable Homes in Letchworth Garden City
First Garden Cities Homes proudly took handover today of a further 18 quality new affordable homes on our flagship development at Gary Grindal Court, Letchworth Garden City. A partnership project that has benefited from grant support from Homes England and North Herts Council, the new homes are a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments for Social Rent. All the homes will help to meet local housing needs.
