Plans for new homes in Graveley, Hertfordshire
First Garden Cities Homes are pleased to confirm that we have today completed the golden brick land acquisition of a small rural exception site in Graveley, Hertfordshire, in partnership with Abbeymill Homes Limited. The development will deliver nine new affordable homes, comprising six homes for Social Rent and three homes for Shared Ownership, helping to meet local housing need.
Construction is now progressing on site, with the homes expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The Shared Ownership Homes are due to be launched in August 2026, for all enquiries please email enquiries@fgch.co.uk.
All homes within the scheme are being delivered with the support of Homes England funding, ensuring high-quality affordable housing for the local community.
