Plans for New Homes in Panshanger, Welwyn Garden City
We’re delighted to share FGCH has now agreed all the necessary planning agreements for a proposed 51-home extra care housing scheme in Panshanger, Welwyn Garden City. This milestone marks a major step forward in delivering much-needed affordable homes for older persons in the local community. Subject to funding confirmation in the Autumn from Homes England, it is anticipated that the construction of the new homes will start from January 2026 onwards.
