Tracy Allison

Chair

Tracy Allison is an experienced CEO, NED and Chair. She is passionate about the role housing associations can play within society. She is a finance director by profession, with an early career spanning the charity and commercial sectors. Tracy has held senior roles including CEO at West Kent Housing, Executive Director Transformation and Business Services at The Hyde Group, Finance Director at Origin Housing. As a Non-Executive Director she worked with St Mungo’s, a leading homelessness charity and the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. She is currently Chair of First Garden Cities Homes as well as an Independent NED with Habitare Homes.
